The first half of the day was super slow but then the bite turned on in the last hour and a half of the day! We went from no fish in the box to 16 sheepshead, a black drum, and a flounder on ice plus we threw back a short redfish, 4ish short sheepshead, and a couple white trout! They had to grind it out today but we ended up making plenty of memories, having good laughs, and taking home dinner. A great group of guys to spend my first day of 2026 with!
